Our home office is located in the beautiful city of Fredericksburg, Virginia! Fredericksburg is located an hour south of Washington, D.C. and is known for its colonial and Civil War history, the boyhood home of George Washington and boasts a lively downtown, recreation, robust pickleball teams, and plenty of river and lake activities.

What does "Unfulfilled" mean on my order status?

We have several steps that your order goes through once it has been submitted. During fulfillment, your order status may change from 'unfulfilled' to shipped and/or 'fulfilled'. Once your order has shipped from one of our facilities, you will receive an email with your shipment details and tracking number. Your order will then go from 'unfulfilled' to 'fulfilled' status.

How do I use free shipping for my order?

We are pleased to offer free standard USPS shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Please note that free shipping is only applicable for standard USPS shipping and does not apply to orders outside the US or Expedited orders.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into Spam or Promotions email folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on your order to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way! If you have questions, please contact us.

I need to change or cancel my order, what should I do?

Once an order is placed, you may have up to 2 hours to make changes or cancelations! Please send us an email as soon as you notice a mistake in your order. Changes in your mailing address can be made before your items ship. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make any needed corrections. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, orders that are already in process or shipped cannot be canceled.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 hours and shipped within 2-4 business days. During busy seasons (Summer) and holidays, it may take our team an extra 1-3 business days to process orders. Items labeled QUICK SHIP will ship within 24 hours via USPS Priority/Ground. Shipping times vary by location. USA: Standard First Class: 7-10 business days, and USPS Ground Service: 3-5 business days. USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (INCLUDES CANADA): First Class-Parcel: 1-2 weeks or USPS International: 7-12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s). If you are a UK customer, you will be required to pay VAT for all items shipped to you. We are not responsible for any loss or refunds for items not picked up at Customs.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully, this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. 

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, a temporary location, or there was no mailbox for it to be delivered to, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

  • Received the wrong item? We’ll promptly provide a free replacement if we ship you the wrong item!
  • We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, however, we realize sometimes strange things happen during sewing and processing. If this occurs, we will promptly accept, or replace any defective item for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please email us within 2 days of receiving the defective garment with photo(s) or submit your return online with details. We’ll process your replacement free of charge right away.
  • If your item doesn’t fit, no problem! Exchanges for the right size(s) are always easy and free! We are happy to exchange your items for another size or accept returns for store credit on qualifying merchandise (minus original shipping) within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Prefer to Return your items for store credit? No problem!


Exchanges:

- We happily accept exchanges on *qualifying merchandise within 14 days and offer free return shipping labels for exchanges. Please Submit your Return for an Authorization (RMA#). 

Returns Policies:

- We gladly accept returns for store credit on *qualifying merchandise within 14 days of your order delivery.

- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping label fee.

- To avoid extra shipping costs, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

- Please do not ship in boxes or oversized packages.

  • Item is unwashed, unworn and in pristine (original) condition.
  • No deodorant marks, perfumes, or stains present - Items received damaged may be rejected
  • No damage, pulled/snapped threads, fabric pilling or holes.
  • All tags still attached to the garment, or in their original packaging.
  • Swimwear in pristine condition, unworn with original tags / hygienic liner attached, or in original factory-sealed packaging.
  • Item(s) are not a 15%+ discount, Sale, Clearance or Final Sale
  • For hygienic reasons: Cheeky bikinis, tanga or thong bikini sets, towels, face coverings are non-returnable.
  • His and hers matching swimsuits, family and/or holiday clothing or pajamas; custom lettering or monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges, but we gladly offer store credit for qualified returns.
  • Items purchased with store-issued credit are considered final sale and not eligible for return or further store credit.

90% of our garments are proudly made in America! Our cut and sewn apparel are made in Mexico, Miami, California, and North Carolina, while our fashion swimwear is made in small quantities in Latvia and HK China.

I am between sizes, what size should I order?

If you are between sizes, it's best to consider where your measurements fall within our product size charts. You may opt to order a size up or down, depending on your measurements or fit preference. (We find that using the Size Recommender on  each product page is helpful when determining the best fit.) For example, Our standard leggings and rash guards are made from very stretchy and soft fabrics, so ordering a size down is not typically an issue if you're looking for a tighter fit. Whereas, our rashguard swimwear sets may offer a firmer fit for athletes and surfers. If you aren't sure, please reach out to us. We're always happy to help!
