Berry Jane™ would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We understand ordering online can be tricky, especially when it comes to purchasing swimwear or activewear.
We offer a 100% guarantee of our quality, handmade apparel, and sustainable standards in which we manufacture. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process:
- Received the wrong item? We’ll promptly provide a free replacement if we ship you the wrong item!
- We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, however, we realize sometimes strange things happen during sewing and processing. If this occurs, we will promptly accept, or replace any defective item for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please email us within 2 days of receiving the defective garment with photo(s) or submit your return online with details. We’ll process your replacement free of charge right away.
- If your item doesn’t fit, no problem! Exchanges for the right size(s) are always easy! We are happy to exchange your eligible items for another size.

Returns within USA: Berry Jane accepts returns on eligible items shipped to a U.S. address when the return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, and returned in brand-new condition.
Store credit is issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you purchased your order using ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. you will need to create an account to access your order, returns or store credit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
At Berry Jane, most items are made especially for you after an order is placed. This made-to-order model allows us to reduce waste, offer a wide array of styles and prints, avoid overproduction, and operate sustainably as a small, woman-owned business.
Because of this, our return policy differs from large retailers. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Returns at a Glance

What Is Eligible for Return or Exchange
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only on qualifying merchandise when all of the following conditions are met:
• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
• No deodorant marks, perfume, stains, pilling, pulled threads, or damage
• Original tags attached or returned in original factory packaging
• Item was not marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Outlet
• Item was not purchased with a discount of 15% or more
Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
What Is NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange (and Why)
The following items are final sale due to hygiene standards, customization, or made-to-order production:
Hygiene-Sensitive Items
• All bikini bottoms (factory-sealed, made to order)
• Panties, bras, pajamas and other intimates
• Hats, towels, and face coverings
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
• His & Hers matching swim sets
• Family or holiday pajama sets
• Custom lettering or monogrammed items
• Shoes and bags (custom-made, not stocked inventory)
Other Non-Returnable Items
• Sale, Clearance, or Outlet items
• Holiday, and Seasonal items
• Items purchased using store credit
• International orders (see International Orders below)
Exchanges are final sale.
Items received through an exchange are not eligible for return, refund, or additional exchange.
Why this policy exists:
At Berry Jane, most items are made to order in small batches to reduce waste and overproduction. Because of this, we are unable to process multiple rounds of returns or exchanges on the same order.
Key Guidelines:
Items exchanged once are considered final sale
No additional size swaps or style changes on exchanged items
No store credit will be issued for exchanged items
No refunds will be issued for exchanged items
To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size chart and reach out before placing a new order if you need help with sizing.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds (Store Credit)
Approximately 90% of Berry Jane garments are printed, cut, and sewn after an order is placed. Materials and labor are committed immediately, and returned items cannot always be resold.
For this reason, refunds are issued as store credit only, minus any applicable shipping fees. Store credit is good to use on any product in stock, and is valid for ONE YEAR after issue.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear different depending on screen settings, lighting, and device calibration.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for perceived color variation unless the incorrect style or colorway was sent in error.
Shipping Time & Delivery Disclaimer
All orders include estimated production and shipping timelines shown on product pages and at checkout. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit for items that do not arrive in time for travel, events, holidays, or personal deadlines.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and peak shipping seasons are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation or return.
We strongly recommend placing time-sensitive orders 2–3 weeks in advance.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be submitted through your customer account.

Returns cannot be initiated by email.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the authorized return address.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• Returns must be shipped in a mailer or envelope only
• Boxes cannot be accepted
• Do not ship returns to fulfillment centers
Items sent to the wrong address may be lost or unrecoverable.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. Approved replacements will be processed at no cost to you.
Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages refused or returned to sender without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
If recovered, a 50% restocking fee plus original shipping costs will apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders may be changed within 1 hour of placement
• Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins
• Approved cancellations incur a 50% restocking fee
• Orders over $350 require approval for returns or exchanges
• Orders over $500 cannot be canceled or returned
Bulk and wholesale orders are non-refundable.
Abuse, Fraud & Excessive Returns
Berry Jane reserves the right to refuse service, returns, or exchanges for excessive returns, wardrobing, bracketing, fraud, or abusive behavior.
Each garment is made from scratch. Please shop thoughtfully.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
Berry Jane reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates our published policies or occurs without prior contact.
Where abuse, fraud, or repeated chargebacks are identified, Berry Jane may:
• Submit all evidence to the payment processor for investigation
• Suspend returns, exchanges, or store credit
• Restrict or refuse future service
Nothing in this policy limits Berry Jane’s legal rights or remedies where applicable.

International Orders (UK, EU & Other Countries)
International orders are subject to different consumer protection laws depending on the destination country.
UK & European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.
This right applies only to eligible items and is subject to the following conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable
Exclusions for UK & EU Returns (Allowed by Law)
Under UK and EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Bikini bottoms and intimates (hygiene exemption)
• Items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene once opened
• Items damaged, worn, washed, or altered after delivery
These items are final sale, even for UK and EU customers.
Refund Method for UK & EU Returns
Approved UK and EU returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding:
• Original shipping fees
• Duties, VAT, and import taxes
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
International Orders Outside the UK & EU
For customers outside the UK and EU:
• International orders are final sale
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered unless the item is defective or incorrect
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Refused or abandoned packages are non-refundable.
Important International Shipping Notes
• Berry Jane is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or international transit
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Returns are not accepted for items not received in time for travel, events, or holidays
• Unpaid customs duties may result in abandoned packages, which are non-refundable
SHIPPING TO ISRAEL
Due to the ongoing situation in the region, our fulfillment partners have temporarily suspended shipments to Israel. With continued flight disruptions and delivery uncertainties, we’re unable to reliably process and deliver orders to this destination at this time.
