International Shipping and Ordering Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX for payment. Berry Jane will only charge for products purchased and shipped. All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate at the time of shipment. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank.
For all orders placed on our US website for delivery to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using DHL or USPS. The shipping cost varies with each destination. We do not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
If your International Order contains a back-ordered item, your shipment will be held until all items are in stock. This may delay your order by several weeks or longer depending on the back-order date. Back-order dates are not guaranteed and may shift after your order is placed. To avoid delays, we recommend selecting alternate colors/styles that are in stock or placing separate orders. Shipping fees, duties and taxes will apply to each order.
Duties, Taxes and Other Fees
Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Berry Jane will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
You are required to return items to our US Distribution Centers. To get started, visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the process. Please include your items along with your packing slip, and receipt or proof of purchase if available.
Please note: All international returns/exchanges must be sent back via Postal Service only. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties and taxes.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses but not to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read the final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
