Need to return an international order? Please review the information below before starting your request.
Before You Start
Return requests must generally be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Clearance items

BOGO promotional items

Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more

Bikini bottoms, Intimates (bras, panties)

His & Hers custom sets

Sealed swimwear once the protective seal has been opened or removed

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or returned with odors
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable return postage, customs, duties, taxes, or carrier fees.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible international purchases may be returned when a return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and in resalable condition.
Some products and promotional purchases are Final Sale or otherwise ineligible for return. Please review the eligibility information above before submitting your request.
How do I return my products?
Please follow these steps:

Go to the Berry Jane Returns Portal and log in using the same email address used to place your order.

If you used Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another accelerated checkout and do not already have an account, create a Berry Jane account using the same email address associated with your order.

Locate your order and submit a return request for the eligible item(s).

Wait for your return request to be approved before mailing your package.

Once approved, securely package your return and include your order number inside the package.

Ship your return using a trackable international shipping service and keep your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Please do not use oversized boxes.
Important: When completing international customs documentation, clearly identify the shipment as RETURNED MERCHANDISE. Customers are responsible for correctly completing all required customs documentation.
Berry Jane is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit, refused due to incorrect customs documentation, or sent to an address other than our approved return address.
EU Order Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and exclusions.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Berry Jane within the applicable withdrawal period.
Products must then be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the merchandise.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including eligible sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
How long do returns take to process? When will I get my refund?
International return transit times vary significantly by country and carrier.
Once your return has been delivered to Berry Jane, please allow several business days for it to be received, inspected, and processed.
If a refund is due, you'll receive an email confirmation after it has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.
Are international returns free?
No. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
We do not provide prepaid international return labels.
Customers are also responsible for any applicable postage, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other costs associated with returning merchandise to the United States, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Do you offer exchanges for international orders?
We generally do not offer direct exchanges for international orders due to international shipping times, customs requirements, and associated costs.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the eligible original item and place a new order for the item you would prefer.
This also allows you to order your replacement without waiting for your international return to reach us.
Will you refund my original shipping fee when an order is returned?
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or when the return results from an error by Berry Jane.
Any expedited or upgraded shipping charges may also be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
It's been more than 14 days. Can I still return my order?
Our standard international return window is 14 days from delivery, and the online portal may no longer allow a return request after that time.
If there are unusual circumstances, please contact us to ask whether an exception is possible. Exceptions are not guaranteed.
Please do not mail an item to Berry Jane without an approved return request.
