Applicable to Sale, Clearance, Final Sale, 15%+ Off, BOGO, BOGO50 Sale, Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale, and Holiday Promotions

Promotions are valid for a limited time only. Dates and times will be listed on the promotional banner or email. Sale and Clearance Page is typically ongoing, and new styles may be added weekly!
Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, codes, or offers unless noted.
All items purchased with 15% + off promotional pricing are not valid for returns or exchanges and must follow the return and exchange policy listed below.
Processing and shipping times may be longer during peak holiday periods.

Offer applies only to eligible women's styles.
Discount is automatically applied to the lower-priced item in the pair.
To qualify, customers must add at least two items from the eligible collection to the cart.
If only one item is returned, the discount is void and the kept item will be charged at full price. Any price differences will be deducted from store credit issued.

Discount applies to the lower-priced item.
Must add at least two leggings to qualify.
If one item is returned, the discount is void and the remaining item will revert to full price.

All Items in Sale/Clearance and Outlet are Final Sale

Holiday and seasonal pajamas (including limited edition prints, couples sets, and Christmas styles) are final sale during Black Friday and Cyber Monday week.
No returns for refund; exchanges may be approved only for the same item in a different size if available.
If the item is made to order and sealed for hygiene, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Many Berry Jane items are made when ordered. Made to order styles follow our standard return policy unless otherwise stated as “final sale” on the product page.
Bikini bottoms, His and Hers custom sets, and certain holiday items are always final sale once production begins.
Group styles (family PJs, Tennis team skorts, etc.) are typically made to order and not returnable.

Returns for non-sale items must be requested through the customer account portal within 30 days: https://berryjaneusa.com/account
Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with tags.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a courtesy exception is granted.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Due to high order volumes during summer and the holiday season, processing times may extend beyond the usual 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping carriers may also experience delays.
