Part-Time Administrative Assistant, eCommerce Customer Service - $16/hr.

Berry Jane, a leading sustainable fashion brand based in the USA, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for eCommerce. At Berry Jane, we are committed to reshaping the fashion industry through sustainability and fair labor practices. Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant for eCommerce at Berry Jane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation for customer service requests. You will be responsible for handling back-end administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering emails, occasional phone calls, and chat requests, as well as managing returns and refunds through the Shopify platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support.

Order Management

• Process and manage orders through the Shopify platform.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and address any issues related to order processing.

Processing Returns and Refunds

• Handle the processing of returns and refunds efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with customers regarding return status and issue resolution.

Inventory Management

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records on the eCommerce platform.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to address any discrepancies or issues.

Administrative Support

• Perform general administrative tasks to support the eCommerce team.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency in using Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
