Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policies and Our Made-to-Order Manufacturing

Every purchase has a footprint. By choosing made-to-order manufacturing, you choose apparel that's created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing. Please keep in mind that we are a sustainable manufacturing apparel company. 90% of our items are printed, cut and sewn on demand for your order, so our refunds and returns policy is limited.

Please check measurements and sizing before purchasing. All garment fabric details, sizing, and fabric weights are disclosed with every garment.

  • All clothing; swimwear, rashguards and leggings that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned. If they are returned after being worn, you will be issued a credit. 
  • Due to hygiene and health reasons, swimsuits cannot be returned. This includes 1-pc swimsuits swim tops, swim bottoms, and swim shorts.
  • All items returned for wrong sizing, unmet expectations, or anything other than wrong item received or a manufacturing defect may incur a 40% Restocking Fee.
  • Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from BerryJaneUSA.com
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items listed on SALE or Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
  • Packages that arrive COD or without authorization will be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your 
  • Return shipping labels are $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Drop your package off at any U.S. mail location.
  • Once your return has been received by us, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete.
  • Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@berryjaneusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges, please send us an email regarding your order and if accepted, we'll create a return for the unworn item. You may then place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quickly.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
  • Rashguards and leggings that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned. If they are returned after being worn, you will be issued a credit.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned. This includes swimsuits, swim tops, swim bottoms, and swim shorts.
  • All items returned for wrong sizing, unmet expectations, or anything other than manufacturing defects will incur a 40% Restocking Fee.
  • Please keep in mind that we are a sustainable manufacturing apparel company. 90% of our items are printed, cut and sewn on demand for your order. We do not stock a large inventory of garments. We cannot offer full refunds due to our small operation.

Please check measurements and sizing before purchasing. All leggings that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned. if they are returned after being worn, you will be issued a credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
