Shipping Policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is a clear overview of our processing and shipping timelines so you know exactly what to expect.


Order Processing, Shipment & Fulfillment

Items labeled QUICK SHIP typically ship within 24 hours via USPS Ground from our home office. These items will typically show shipping time and multiple shipping options at checkout.

Shipping & Processing Times

Berry Jane offers both in-stock and made-to-order styles to reduce waste and support sustainable production.

In-Stock Items
• Ship within 1–3 business days
• Delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days after shipment

Made-to-Order Items
• Processing time: 3–7 business days
• Shipping transit: 3–7 business days
• Total delivery time may take up to 10–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

During peak swim season (May–July), processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

If you need an item for a specific date, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.

For most other orders, the combined processing and shipping timeline is approximately 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.

During high-volume seasons, including:

  • December/Christmas Holidays

  • January

  • Late spring and summer swim seasons

Orders may take closer to the full processing window due to increased demand across our fulfillment network. Learn more about our shipping and fulfillment 


Busy Season & Order Size Considerations

  • Busy seasons (Christmas, December - January, Spring/Summer (May-July) may add a few additional business days to processing times

  • Larger orders, bulk orders, custom items, and His and Hers matching sets may require additional processing time

  • Orders may ship in separate packages to help items arrive sooner

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please be sure to check spam or promotions folders.


Shipping Times

Domestic (United States)

Shipping times below refer to carrier transit time after an order has shipped:

  • Standard / First Class / Flat Rate: 1–10 business days

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days

Please note that carrier transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather, regional delays, or seasonal volume.


International Shipping (Canada, UK, Europe)

  • First Class International: Approximately 1–2 weeks

  • USPS International: 7–10 business days

Customs processing and local postal delays may increase delivery time. Berry Jane is not responsible for delays once an order is in transit or held by customs.


Where We Ship From

Berry Jane ships orders from multiple fulfillment locations, including:

  • Massachusetts 

  • California

  • North Carolina

  • Florida

  • Mexico

  • Latvia (for European customers)

  • China

Shipping origin depends on the item ordered and available fulfillment capacity. Items shipping from China are sent via DHL or 4PX, and may take up to 14 business days for total transit time after shipment.


Important Notes

  • Shipping carrier timelines are outside of our control

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • We recommend allowing up to 14 business days before contacting us about delivery status


 

Shipping Costs

Within the U.S.:

    • Flat Rate: $7 (orders under $150), or as marked at checkout

    • FREE shipping on orders over $150,  but not to exceed 9 lbs. Orders over 9 lbs are considered bulk.

    • Expedited shipping available at additional cost where available.

    • Some shipping costs will be variable when being shipped from multiple locations.

International:

    • Varies by location. Customers are responsible for VAT and import duties.

    • Free international shipping is not offered at this time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your package through your Berry Jane account.

  • NOTE: Some orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment centers via DHL+USPS and 4PX, these orders may change shipping hands once they arrive to USA. Please check your tracking or contact us if your tracking number doesn't update.

Important Shipping Notes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses. If you use a PO box for your shipping, there is a chance your order will be delayed, canceled or not delivered.

  • We ship to APO/FPO addresses.

  • We currently do not ship to the following destinations:

    • Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk (Ukraine)

    • Russia, Belarus

    • Ecuador

    • Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea

    • Israel

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

  • Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by customs officials and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If these fees are not paid, the package will be abandoned, and no exchanges or refunds will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges (International ONLY)

  • Items must be returned to our U.S. Distribution Centers. Log into your account to begin the process.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Use Postal Service for all international returns.

Returns or Exchanges (USA)

  • Items MUST be returned to our home office, not the fulfillment center on your receipt. Any items lost or stolen as a result of not shipping back to us at our returns office we provide in our email are not our responsibility. Read more on our Returns Info

🎄Christmas Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To receive orders by December 23:

  • DHL/Express/Premium Shipping: Order by December 10.

  • Standard Plus (U.S.): Order by December 12.

  • Standard Plus (International): Order by November 28.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Swimwear & Activewear: Order by December 11.

    • PJs, Shoes: Order by November 30th
