SHIPPING POLICIES

Thanks for shopping with Berry Jane! Every product page will have an estimated delivery time shown below the 'add to cart' buttons. Please refer to that for your estimated fulfillment and delivery date or email us if you have  questions.

We know you're excited to get your order, so we will be sure to get it shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (busy seasons such as Summer and holidays may require an extra 1-3 business days to process, cut, sew orders)

His and Hers matching swimsuit sets may require more time. Please allow 5-7 days for cutting and sewing.

Only items labeled QUICK SHIP will ship within 24 hours via USPS Ground. 

After processing (cutting, sewing and QC), orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped via USPS.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship within the USA and internationally through USPS and DHL. The cost depends on the size of the order and the shipping destination, but we do offer FREE STANDARD USPS SHIPPING on orders over $75, just use the code FREESHIP when checking out!

• How Much is the Shipping Cost? As you proceed to checkout, the cost of shipping will show based on the shipping method you request.

• What is the Shipping Time? Each item in our product catalog provides an estimated delivery time on its product page. Keep in mind this is only an estimate. 

• How to Track My Order? Packages shipped within the U.S. can be tracked through your customer account or with the email we send you with your tracking info once your order ships.
  
  
• International Orders: Please note that international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to duties, import taxes, customs fees, etc. These fees are determined by customs officials. We cannot be responsible for those fees.

USPS STANDARD SHIPMENTS (WITHIN THE U.S.):

• Standard/First Class: 7-10 business days
• USPS Ground Service: 3-5 business days

USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (INCLUDES CANADA):

• First Class-Parcel: 1-2 weeks
• USPS International: 7-12 business days

These are estimated shipping times. Delays with USPS or Customs for international shipments can also increase shipping time.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses but not to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses.

SALE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked "Sale"  are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. At our discretion, we may offer store credit only. 
Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read the final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
